Management of your property in Morzine

We are always keen to consider the addition of new properties to our range of chalets and apartments. After ten years experience, we have designed our service to owners to provide no hassle, complete peace of mind and security.

In particular we:

1. Guarantee a fixed basic annual rental income to the owner, irrespective of our own income from the property. For example, a season with poor snow and slow bookings will have no impact on this rent. In addition to this basic rent we pay an annual bonus to the owner when a target sales level is achieved for the property.
2. Pay all property related costs, such as cleaning, electricity, local taxes, water charges ourselves. Owners receive their income net of all costs and charges
3. Take full responsibility for the maintenance of the property. Steve knows all our managed properties inside out as he carries out all maintenance work himself or with a local specialist. For example we organise such essentials as; delivery of heating oil, sweeping the chimney and turning on the heating when the temperature drops below zero... often when you least expect it!
4. Offer long term contracts if required.
5. Offer the possibility of reclaiming TVA on new developments through our TVA registration in France.
6. Allow for in season use of the property by owners.
